Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the subscription to the Premium plan of the MealyAI application, published by Bende Studio (hereinafter "the publisher"). Any subscription implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Premium Service Description

The Premium subscription unlocks the following features:

• Exclusive Premium recipes
• Personalised nutritional tracking and macros
• Search by ingredients
• Smart weekly meal plan generation
• Suggestions based on your dietary goal
• Ad-free experience

3. Price and Billing

• Subscription price: 2.99 € incl. VAT / month
• Payment is charged monthly on the subscription date
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• No payment details are stored by the publisher
• Invoices are available in your personal space via the Stripe portal

4. Duration and Renewal

The subscription has no minimum commitment period. It renews automatically each month on the subscription anniversary date, until cancellation.

You will be informed of any price change at least 30 days before it takes effect.

5. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" page
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No pro-rata refund is granted for a partially used period
• After cancellation, your account reverts to the free version
• Your data (meal plan, favourites, history) is retained

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content made immediately available after payment, once you have expressly waived this right at the time of subscription.

By subscribing to Premium, you acknowledge that you have been informed of this exception and expressly consent to it.

7. Liability

• The publisher undertakes to provide the service with the reasonable care of a professional provider
• 100% service availability is not guaranteed (maintenance, technical incidents)
• The publisher cannot be held liable for a temporary service interruption
• In the event of a prolonged interruption (72h+), a credit or refund may be offered upon request

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
