3. Premium Subscription

The free tier provides access to a set of recipes and basic features
The Premium subscription unlocks exclusive recipes, nutritional tracking, and advanced features
The subscription is monthly or annual depending on the chosen plan, with no minimum commitment
Upon cancellation, Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period

4. Liability

Recipes and nutritional information provided in the application are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical or dietary advice.

Consult a healthcare professional before starting any specific diet
We are not responsible for decisions made based on information in the application
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time
100% service availability is not guaranteed (maintenance, outages)

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the application — design, text, recipes, code, logos — is the exclusive property of MealyAI. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Data you create (meal plans, favourites, lists) belongs to you. You can delete it at any time.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a significant change, you will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
